View Skins Before Purchasing

Normally, before purchasing something. I'd like to view a 3-D model of it. Or something like that. Normally the ability to out of game, and before purchasing, be able to view all the changes the skin brings to the champion. Be able to press a few buttons, and see what skills change and if I really want to bring this to a live game. Things like LiliPoppy, I'd love to view before hand before buying the skin. I dislike how it looks, but after purchasing the skin (On another account. A smurf if you would.) I enjoyed looking and seeing the whole skin in live action, before my eyes. It looked awesome. I'm soon going to be trying and seeing if I can draw out what the new formal for viewing skins would be now. But it'd be a lot of work, since League includes a lot of skins, but worth it. #wurf.

--Updates-- (As of 12/10/2015) Instead of being able to play the skin once in a bot game, (A bit OP I realized.) I though you'd have the ability to jump into a custom game with no-one, but yourself and a bot that doesn't do anything. This would allow the skin to be able to be previewed and played for only a 20-minute time span. Otherwise, you're just playing with the skin. If I were really in Rito (:3), I'd probably put like a ten minute time span, or lower and make sure that the 'match' doesn;t show in the match history. To make this even more fair, and easier or harder. Maybe a small limit per day.

I'll accept and answer to most comments.

http://www.lolking.net/models offers this 3-D imaging of skins that you are talking about. If you wanted a system like Heroes of the Storm however, I would approve playing a full bot game with the champion skin to test the skin.

That sounds a little too useful/convenient for Riot to actually add to the game.
