So, this is not a Sion Scale Rework but it's still intresting... (okay maybe it really is a sion level rework idea)

Passive ( 300 second coldown ) - Affected by coldown reduction When below 33% HP, Volibear will become shieled by lightning, this shield gives: Shield = 33% Max HP Deals magic damage to enemies around volibear for 11%/22%/33% Max HP Volibear becomes imune to CC -This lasts for 10 seconds or until the shield is over

Q - Note: This is similar to the normal Q (25 seconds coldown at all ranks) - 90/100/110/120/130 mana cost Volibear charges in the target direction of the mouse (imagine sion's ultimate, but much shorter) (it's like xerath's Q (charging part) Volibear will charge in the target direction of the mouse while you hold Q, when you stop pressing Q, Volibear will push the enemies infront of him (small radius) to his back and deal 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% max HP to enemies hit + 40/70/100/130/160 as physical damage (lasts 5 seconds, Volibear moves equal to 110%/120%/130%/140%/150% of his movement speed)

W - 13/12/11/10/9 second coldown - this skill can't be affected by coldown reduction, coldown reduction will instead reduce the mana cost of this skill in a 1:1 ratio - 90 mana cost Volibear's next auto attack will deal 15%/25%/35%/45%/55% increased damage and slow the enemy hit for 25%/35%/45%/55%/65% for 1 second

 Volibear may then reactivate the ability for 5 seconds and cause the enemy to explode in thunder for 5%/15%/25%/35%/45% bonus attack damage + 30/50/70/90/110 as true damage to the enemy marked with the attack and as physical damage to enemies around him (small radius, like tristana bomb) - costs 40 mana

E - 3 second coldown |/| 15/14/13/12/11 second recharge |/| max 2/3/4/5/6 charges |/| 20 mana cost

Volibear calls down a lightning from the sky that deals 30/70/110/150/190 magic damage, and marking the place affected for 10 seconds, Volibear gains 20/40/60/80/100 movement speed while moving towards it. Casting this spell gives volbear 1 stack No cast time

1 stack gives: (caps out at 5 stacks) 100% inscreased mana cost for this abilty 20% inscreased damage for this abilty At 5 stacks Volibear's movement speed bonus on this abilty will be doubled

If you channel this abilty for 3 seconds it will instead have inscreased range (double range) but use all stacks and deal all the damage from them in one lightning, you will also have double the recharge time for the next 2 charges

R - 140/110/80 second coldown

Volibear becomes the embodiment of lightning for a maximum of 20 seconds: While in this state: Q becomes a ranged skill that does the same, it's just a ball of thunder that does the job for you The ball of thunder gets affected by your passive for the duration of your ultimate, has a 1:1 HP ratio with your current form and a 1:1 movement speed ratio too. W is a targeted skillshot with a big range E is a blink and still deals the same amount of damage and has the same mechanics but instead teleports you (same range) E is on a 0.5 second coldown but you only have 3/6/9 charges per ultimate While in this state your HP scalings from Q and E will become total AD ratios with a bonus 20% bonus AD You become ranged and your auto attacks call down lightning from your hands (like azir with his AA) Your HP get reduced to only 33% of the original health for the duration The remaining 10% of your HP in the normal form becomes attack damage Coldown reduction also becomes attack speed in a 2:1 ratio (45% cdr = 90% attack speed) - still keeps CDR

If you die while in this form you will get back to your normal form with 60% less HP then before and you can't use your passive for 10 seconds after this skill has entered coldown If you cancel the skill while there are more then 10 seconds for it to be over you will explode for 20% your maximum normal form HP as physical damage After using this skill you will need to wait 2 seconds to disabled it manually
