Why not turn IP into RP?

This something i been wondering for a long time< why pointless stuff cost so much RP? example profile icons- I have never buyed a icon with rp and will never will plus all the icons i have gained have been by chest and of all of them i only use and like 1 even though i got projects< darkstar,etc dont even like them nor use and i only have change icons when yasuo and riiven mision came up. So simple icons ward all that in simple word and having to considere the art they where created i give them a value of nothing but thats my way of seen it

Now why i say turn IP to RP?Well to begine there is nothing on store that cost ip only runes which wtf waste when the basic runes are even enough and many people including me wish u Rito to make a feature of turning a ammount of ip into rp like 800 ip>40rp or even more rp but that is what u guys agreed in amounts at the end.

So people what u guys think if this was added in the game comment and gives ur opinion to Rito

Also Rito why u guys dont make LAN redeem cards for Puerto Rico??yes im puertorican,,,, people here also play in LAN even when u download LoL here it suggest LAN and i got a second account there and ms is more stable wish i could redeem cards or make also a feature to change redeem cards server validation like if it was from NA u could change it to LAN in u guys webpage been looking to buy one but there is no sells of them here. And finally BUFFFFFF Vi she needs more movement speed she walks so slow no matter what item u use xD

We are playing a free to play game with premium features. But in fact it's not a pay-to-win game. A player that doesn't invest a single dollar can perform as good as someone who spends all his money. You can have it all without paying a single cent and you still ask for more? Only the players who pay their real-life money to get rp keep this game alive.

And i was already deeply impressed when they cam up with hextech-crafting where you can get skins wihtout paying money.

I wish riot would do this but they want to make the most money they can just like any company they are greedy and I cant really blame them for it.

Also i dont think money is the problem since they got sponsors and all the tournaments included World* brings enough money to the company and there always a tournament everyday no mater where

They should allow a small window of ip to transfer into rp for those times you're close to a skin's cost. Of course the ratio would be a good chunk of ip for that rp. Also maybe limit it to a couple times per account.
