sorry to tell you this dude but that idea has been around since he was released and was even a part of a lot of fake "leaks" for up coming skins.
Its a cool idea and there is actually a good bit of art for it if you wanna look it up.
It could be his Christmas skin~ 975-1350 RP. He could be dressed as an classic elf with a cute candy cane. :0
When he transforms into Blue Kayn, he resembles Jack Frost and his weapon is a dark candy scythe while Raast gets to look like a demonic Santa with a scythe that resembles licorice...
