New Champion Spotlight Idea

Soon, it's going to be that time when a new Spotlight Champion will come out. I have a idea that could completely change the gameplay and action of every character to think twice about every decision. A hacker, feel based champ.Q could be something like "Slows target champion", W "see a hidden location on the map (within a certain distance of course), E " removes an effect off a target champion" and R "Disables all enemy champions abilities for 1.5 seconds." Or something of that nature. He/she should be a support based champion, decent long range attacks, and even a bit of a nerdy look just to feel more connected. Not only would this create decision making stratigeis, proper building, team work, and not engaging in a lost battle due to AP, or AD champions, but it will also create a better playing style. Make you think a bit more before doing something on your own. ;) Leave comments and suggestions below if you feel like there should be a champion like this!
