High Noon/ Rodeo Thresh

(Skip to bold to get the important information instead of my rambling) I know that I am Not the first to come up with this idea, but my friend Cyantest and I took a moment to try and flesh out the idea further and figure out what his abilities could look like. And so I present for you what I hope is a competent idea for a new skin. His general appearance would be along the same line as existing high noon skins with worn leathery clothes and other ties to the Old West, although a touch darker and more skelatal-like(thresh being thresh and not a people person). Also. a lasso of course because that is the primary factor that has everyone hyped about a possible skin, a trust oil lantern, and to fill the sad gap of aa and flaying that a lasso cannot, i propose he hold a whip. As for his passive, my only idea thus far has been oil containers for said lantern. I have included the picture i found that i thought most threshy, although in my mind i compared the jars of oil in amnesia to something that could be made more fitting to his personality. so to break it down and make it more legible... Mojority Credit goes to my friend, CyanTest Auto-Attacks Like his E, A bullwhip Passive-Damnation Jars of Oil (see attached file for general idea) Q-Death Sentence Lasso with a mean twirl before a clean toss(the animation required to make this look good may make the skin a minimum of 1350 rp, but i think it is worth it) W-Dark Passage An oil lantern with a warm, orange glow E-Flay Like his aa's, Sweet bull whip action (this animation is likely also worthy of it being an expensive skin) R-The Box An old timey fence as such a rancher may have used to keep their cattle from escaping Barbed wire perhaps(round the up like human cattle! Fun for the whole family!) In conclusion, I feel as though i have laid out a decent portion of the basics while might set the ground work for an actual professional to take this idea to the next level, and i hope that my efforts have not been in vain. And Once again, credit to my pal, Cyantest, for the majority of the creative idea here.
