Just realized something.
how is there not a twinsword champion yet? I mean project yi has one but project yi is a skin.

I think even project yi doesn't have that,his sword gets a second blade,but he isn't dual wielding anything.
The problem is likely that simple auto-attacks will look rather clunky if the champ has 2 swords.Either he'll have to alternate between the 2 swords or he would attack with both of them every time.
In the past we had
