Kieran, the Prince of Thieves - Champion Idea
okay first of all before you all start flaming me because this is the stupidest (is that even a word) idea ever and im just i should just stop anyways, this is a little champion idea i've been playing around with that didn't start off as being inspired by erza from fairy tail but ended up being inspired by erza from fairy tail five minutes before i first posted this (so like 2:53 pm) and then at 7:24 pm kieran also became inspired by catwoman aaaand the name is crappy because i just mashed words together that didn't sound cool so please. leave. ideas. please. onto the champion
Lore (Short-ish) Kieran is the leader of thieves of a band of Bilgewater miscreants, who are always causing trouble on the docks. But, on their biggest heist in a long time, attempting to steal Caitlyn's rifle all the way in Piltover, the job goes bad when an insane girl from Kieran's past shows up and blows everything to smithereens. Kieran, the only survivor of his eight-man ragtag team, is not saved by Caitlyn, the thing of the past, or anyone else, but instead a hawk with a secret. When Kieran is on the brink of death, the hawk reveals itself to the man, it strikes a deal. If Kieran allows the hawk to rest his demonic spirit in Kieran's equally matched, it will save the Prince of Bilgewater thieves. Kieran quickly accepts this agreement. The hawk cuts through Kieran's stomach, then disappearing altogether within. The wound, however, quickly closes. In it's place, a long, black scar is there. Moments later, after hardly three seconds of relief, a searing pain jolts through Kieran's bones. A flash of yellow light, a few minutes gone by of heat from the Piltover warehouse washing over him, and then he felt fine. Perfectly fine. He rushes home, fleeing the scene to avoid Caitlyn and Vi, and the last thing he sees before blacking out is his eyes. One a bright, neon green with the x-shaped scar that had always been over his eyelid, and the other perfectly normal. Then, a loud flapping of wings, and the hawk from earlier had perched on his shoulder, staring right at him through the mirror.
Champion Insight
Kieran is a rage-based AD Carry with a crossbow who scales mainly off of AD, but has some AP ratios. The 'rage' bar is more of a 'spirit' bar, I guess you could say. Every third auto attack, he'll gain 4.5/9/13.5/18 'Spirit Rage' based on level (4.5 at levels 1-5, 9 at levels 6-10, 13.5 at levels 11-15, 18 at levels 16-18). Kieran's range sits at about 565, and Hawk's range is about 450 w/ a passive ability, but has 120 range overall (to be explained later).

Abilities
Passive: Spirit Rage/Spirit Form KIERAN: Every third auto attack, Kieran gain 4.5/9/13.5/18/22.5 'Spirit Rage' based on level. (4.5 at levels 1-5, 9 at levels 6-10, 13.5 at levels 11-13, 18 at levels 14-16, 22.5 at levels 17-18). AT max stacks (100), Kieran turns invulnerable for 0.3/0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5 seconds based on level, and turns into 'Spirit Form' (or Hawk Form). HAWK: Every 4 seconds in Spirit Form (or Hawk Form), Hawk damages enemies around him for 30/60/90/120/150 damage per level. (30 at levels 1-5, 60 at levels 6-10, 90 at levels 11-13, 120 at levels 14-16, 150 at levels 17-18)
Q Skill: Tagging Poison/Talon Scrape KIERAN: Kieran uses his crossbow to poison an enemy, adding a slow for 8%/15%/20%/25%/30% based on level. (Follows the same path as the passive for level percentages) Range: 600 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 Spirit Rage Cost: 50/45/40/35/30 HAWK: Hawk flies toward an enemy, scraping their eyes and dealing 80/100/120/140/160 damage based on level. (Follows the same path as the passive for level damage) Range: 750 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 Spirit Rage Cost: 0/0/0/0/0
W Skill: Stealth/Flight KIERAN: Kieran enters stealth for a duration of 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds after 1.5 seconds of not taking damage, gaining 20% bonus movement speed while stealthed and gaining bonus attack damage (4%/4.5%/5%/5.5%/6%) and ability power (3%/5%/5%/7%/8%) for 5 seconds upon leaving it. Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 Spirit Rage Cost: 75/70/65/60/55 HAWK: Hawk gains 20% bonus movement speed when facing an enemy champion, and 7%/8%/9%/11%/13% attack damage and 3%/5%/7%/9%/11% ability power for 3 seconds after toggling off the ability. Cooldown: 10/9/8/6/5 Cooldown (after toggle): 3/3/3/2/2 Spirit Rage Cost: 30/25/20/15/10
E Skill: Double the Damage/Gain KIERAN: Kieran fires six shots in cone shapes. He's able to cast this ability again within the next 4 seconds. Range: 565 --> 600 --> 625 Cooldown: 13/11/9/7/5 Spirit Rage Cost: 60/55/55/45/40 HAWK: Hawk gains increased attack speed and range. Also amplifies other abilities by 3%/4%/5%/6%/7% based on level. Range: 120 --> 450 Cooldown: 22/18/17/16/15 Spirit Rage Cost: 60/55/55/45/40
R Skill: Spread Your Wings/Charging Effort KIERAN: Kieran marks two different enemy champions, dealing bonus damage per level (18%/20%/23%/25%/30%) against each marked champion, and gains bonus movement speed (+25%) when within 725 units of them. Range: 675 Cooldown: 120/100/80 Spirit Rage Cost: 100/95/90 HAWK: Summons two illusions of Hawk that deal 60% of Kieran/Hawk's current attack damage, gaining +25% movement speed when within 730 units of enemy champions.
Laning Phase Kieran is a slightly odd champion, but has very high movement speed standards with his abilities. When in laning phase and you have level 6, you can engage with 75% health with the following combo: R --> Q --> E --> W. When you're in Kieran's basic form, you can engage with your ultimate to deal bonus damage, then Q so they can't run away, use your E for basic damage and kill secures, then W to get away from turret damage, scary junglers, or your team. In Spirit Form, Hawk can use the following combo at level 6: E --> R --> P --> W --> Q
Allies: Miss Fortune, Graves, Fizz, Illaoi, Nautilus Rivals: Katarina, Kalista, Hecarim, Mordekaiser, Tahm Kench
and that's it if there's anything else i should put in here please tell me because i've never made a champion before so yeah if any concept artist sees this please make a splash art for this ;-; an idea for kieran's first skin would either be project or program kieran, and when he transforms into his Spirit Form it would be like lissandra ulting herself with ekko's ult particle effect on his classic skin another would be woad kieran or we could go deeper than the deep web and do star guardian kieran but i don't think we've recovered from star guardian garen yet
