Respor - The Dreamkeeper

Respor is a spiritual being with a job no one else can handle. Every night, he delivers everyone their own personal dreams. He is loved and praised by many but hated all the same.

Passive - The Master of Sleep -The more attack speed Respor gets, the more cooldown reduction he has (pretty much the opposite of Azir's passive). Respor also moves quicker the less health he has.

Q - _Night Terror _- Respor targets an ally dealing damage and reducing their damage output for a short amount of time

Damage-- 50/75/125/175/250 + 40% ability power cost 50/60/70/85/100 mana Damage reduction-- 5/10/15/25/40%

W - Sweet Dreams/Nightmare - Respor can toggle this ability to empower his auto-attacks (it is a passive ability that can toggle to change its effects). If he uses Sweet Dreams he auto-attack allies healing them for a small amount at the cost of a small amount of mana. If he uses Nightmare he can autoattack enemies dealing extra magic damage.

Heal-- 20/45/80/105/130 + 30% ability power per auto at the cost of 20 mana per auto Damage increase-- 10/25/40/55/70 + 10% ability power

E - Dream Walk - From a certain distance Respor can teleport to an ally or enemy. If he teleports to an ally they have a decaying movement speed buff. If he teleports to an enemy, the enemy he teleports to is silenced for a short amount of time.

Movement Speed buff-- 10/20/30/40/50% Silence Duration-- .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 sec

R - Dreamworld - Respor opens the dreamworld in a large area around him. All allies in the area have increased damage. Enemies armor and magic resistance is reduced while in the area. All enemy projectiles and abilities are slowed in the area. It also stops enemy projectiles from travelling across the areas.

Damage Increase-- 15/30/50% Armor & Magic Res. Shred-- 40/60/80
Projectile Slow-- 20/40/60%
