Magma Chamber (REVISED) - Sandbox Map?

Ok, so I came up with an idea, figured this would be the place to bring it.

Riot had been talking about maybe bringing in an environment where players can essentially test out champions, skill combos, dps output and the like. I think this presents an opportunity to use some content that had been attempted to be utilized, but never quite made it to live. The only map that has ever been made but not brought to live is none other than the Magma Chamber. While I'm sure Riot still has assets for the map (image provided as a mental refresher), I would imagine that this cavernous map would be redesigned to possibly be a SR base-sized room (maybe twice as big), with a shopkeep, training dummies, quickly respawning monsters for junglers, and possibly more.

As a fan of the game, and the concept of the Magma Chamber, I really want this idea to come to fruition. Your input on ideas and critiques are absolutely welcome, as the intent of this discussion is to make the sandbox that Riot gives to us the best it can be.
