[Item Concept] An idea for a Marksman armor item.

Balistraria Can only be purchased on Ranged champions +35 Armor +40% Attack Speed +30% Critical Strike Chance +5% Movement Speed Unique - Energized Strike: Moving and attacking will make an attack Energized. Unique - Ballistic Flare: Your Energized attacks deal 40~160 magic damage (based on level) on hit (this can critically strike), and reveals them until you both are out of combat. Enemies revealed this way deal 15% less damage to you. Energized attacks only affect champions. Builds From: Zeal (1300g) + Kircheis Shard(750g) + Cloth Armor (300g) + Cloth Armor (300g) + 500g (Total Cost: 3150g)

The idea came to me as an answer to the new AD assassin item Duskblade of Draktharr, since it's proven to be very strong on PBE at the moment. The main reason for wanting an item like this is due to Marksmen lacking an armor item that fits into their build path with the new items. It also doubles as a decent dueling item for the marksmen who are particularly suited to that role (Quinn and Vayne come to mind). Having to apply the damage reduction effect via an auto-attack should make it fairer for anyone trying to jump on the marksman, and classes with more crowd control (mages, tanks, supports) will be able to subvert it effectively, if they're able to initiate.

The name refers to small openings in fortresses that arches would peep through and shoot out of. Ideally the icon art would be a crossbow or gun with a small, rounded shield mounted on the front, with a similar small opening at the top and possibly a barrel through its middle.
