Home for the holidays and can't get the server to respond

Please Help Me, I've never seen it before but when i click on league i don't get a response from server and then when i try to troubleshoot, the page won't open?? but my internet is working fine its like the port or something also when i was on IE and trying to log into the forums it would send me to the no server page??? Luckily Google Chrome is working. Any helpful Thoughts would be very appreciated
