A legendary skin for Jhin.

I really wanted a new skin for Jhin,as he is my favorite champion.But i feel like High Noon Jhin isn't a skin that puts his hole personality in the spotlight.He has a criminal mind and he is also obsessed about murder.But all i feel when using the High Noon skin is that i play an alcooholic character with a gun.We need a skin that makes his personality even more criminal.Like a Blood Moon.In the Blood Moon series every character is described as a mercyless killer.If you could make a Blood Moon Jhin or something even better (Legendary skin) I would definetly buy it.
