Phantom of the Opera
Talon. Talon needs a Phantom of the Opera skin. Hes got the cape and everything and his face is mostly hidden anyways. If he had that half mask 10/10 would buy also he hasn't gotten a new skin in a long ass time.

I came up with a champion concept that is designed with an opera motif. His name is Cervius: The Puppet Master. He wears a cape, formal wear, bow tie, and a masquerade mask to top it all off. He has a very intricate lore and his abilities, game play, and even quotes (including special interactions) are displayed in an organized fashion. I will have a visual for him very soon.
