Mihn, child of hope (All critiques are appreciated) ((Edit: All helpful critiques are appreciated. Just downvoting without explaining what you dislike is just a bit irritating.))

Base Stats-

Health - 550-1990 (+80 per level) Health regen - 5.0-23.0 (+1 per level) Mana - 350-1340 (+55 per level) Mana regen - 7-17.8 (+.6 per level) Attack Damage - 55-127 (+4 per level) Attack speed - .6 (+1% per level) Armor - 24-78 (+4 per level) Magic Resist - 45 Movement speed - 315 Range - 600

Kit-

Passive: For Everyone - Whenever an allied or neutral minion enters Mihn's basic attack range (only once for each minion), Minh gains a stack of Hope and gives the minion + 10% to all stats. Super minions, Zz'rot portal minions, and summoner pets do not receive a stat bonus, but do give Mihn a stack of hope.

Q: Our Wishes - Mihn creates a small burst, dealing 70/85/100/115/130 (+ 25% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the burst. Our Wishes deals an additional 2% damage for each hope stack and heals all allies in the burst by 3% missing health for each hope stack, and removes all hope stacks on Mihn. (Range - 600, cooldown - 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds, mana cost 75/85/95/105/115)

W: Shield of Faith - Passive: Mihn gains an additional 1/2/3/4/5% armor and magic resist from items ( + .5/.7/.9/1.1/1.3% for each stack of hope he has). This passive has no effect while on cooldown. Active: expend all hope stacks to deal 20/30/40/50/60 damage per hope stack and slow all nearby enemies by 5% for each stack of hope, and expends all stacks of hope. (Range - 300, cooldown - 9/8/7/6/5 seconds, Mana cost 50/55/60/65/70)

E: All of us - Mihn selects a target, and all nearby minions (excluding Dragon and Baron Nashor) that can attack the target will begin attacking this target. Mihn gains an additional stack of hope for each minion affected, two for large monsters. (Range - 600/610/620/630/640, cooldown - 11/10/9/8/7 seconds, mana cost 60/70/80/90/100)

R: We are never alone - For each stack of hope, Mihn increases the AD, AP, Attack speed, Armor, and MR of all nearby allied champions by 1% and minions by 3% per stack of hope for 5/7.5/10 and expends all stacks of hope. (Range - 700, cooldown - 90/75/60 seconds, mana cost 125/150/175)

Lore- (probably needs more work)

Mihn was always a mystery, a child from nowhere on Ionia. He simply showed up days after the Noxus invasion, covered head to toe in soot. He wore only a few pieces of cloth, and his ever present warm, caring, smile. He understood little of the world, or where he came from, but he wanted to help. After seeing his strange magic, Ionian leaders sought to protect the boy, not that he needed much of it. After helping fix an Ionian village, Mihn would disappear without a trace, despite mosts best efforts.

Many people believe Mihn isn't human at all, and is a being of raw magic born of the desperation of Ionian people. This isn't far from the truth, though is incorrect. Mihn is of a race similar to the Darkin (see Aatrox). He exists to spread hope, choosing to adopt a childlike form to help people be more comfortable around him. After watching the destruction wrought by Noxus he was traumatized, jarring his memories. His mission is the same, though he seeks to aid the Ionians in their fight against Noxus rather than universally spread hope, and remembers nothing of his past before the Noxus invasion, including his heritage.

Quotes-

Champion Select: "They tried to crush the hopes of the meek. We shall save them."

Walking: "Lend me your strength," "Is this destruction really necessary?" "This is for the defenseless!" "They hurt them... We must fix that."

Attacking: "You shall never crush another dream." "We are not weak, together." "We shall cheer as your hatred dies."

Joke: "I do not understand what you mean by 'humor'"

Taunts: "Hatred is not a hope!" "You shall reap what you have sown!" "A thousand hearts have deemed you a monster. Now, fall!"

Taunting Aatrox: "Never again shall your blade fall!"

Aatrox taunting Mihn: "You would make a good Darkin, little one."

Thoughts from the creator: Mihn I designed with the intent of having some interesting interactions with minions, without much of a position in mind. He could probably fit well as a top lane tank mage or as a mid lane pure mage. He's designed to roam well, despite being immobile, able to use jungle creeps to help fend off ambushes and gaining stacks of hope from them. The brave could probably use him as a support, with a heal, a slow, some tankiness, and the ability to actually control the creeps, mixed with his ult, he could be kinda scary if done well.

Build Ideas: Mid mage - item 3040 item 3020 item 3060 item 3504 item 3151 and a situational item. Probably a tank one. Mage tank - item 3111 item 3065 item 3157 item 3174 item 3040 And a situational item. Whatever you want.

((Give me any thoughts or critiques, anything I missed, anything that could be improved, any imbalances.)) Edits: Tweaked abilities for balance issues. Passive no longer grants stacks from champs and has increased clarity, Q heals based on missing health, W has more consistent stat bonuses, E no longer affects Drag and Baron, R increases stats less for a shorter period of time.

I was wondering when someone would take a crack at a champion like this. Overall I like the concept, but there are things that need work. I'll go over each ability and give my likes/dislikes/suggestions.

Passive At first glance this looks ok, but the later the game gets the more powerful this becomes. I'd change this to only affect minions for giving stat buffs, because this would give your team a significant buff just for being close to you. It's also way too easy to start the game with an edge just by running through your own jungle. Also a tad concerned how this would interact with Zz'Rot Portal, Super Minions, and Banner of Command enchanted minions. Would this affect pets summoned by other champions? (Elise spiderlings for example)

Q Again, at first glance this doesn't appear to have any issues, but then I started crunching some numbers. Every minion wave gives you six stacks of Hope, so at lv1 your Q not only deals AoE damage but heals you for almost half your starting health (210). That's just too much power too early. Also, that heal being flat numbers will fall off like a brick come mid-game; if you're set on keeping it on the ability, gotta tune it to not be so strong early.

W Starting to see a pattern here that's a bit problematic; with Hope stacks, Mihn is incredibly strong, but without them he has very little power. For instance, the passive on this ability is worthless without Hope stacks, but each ability in the kit drains them all at once. For an AoE ability the range is really small, especially considering Mihn's AA range and Q range. What's the benefit of getting so close to use this ability?

E This is actually my favorite ability in the kit, but I have to point out right away that being able to direct Dragon or Baron to attack a specific target is just WAY too powerful. This should only affect lane minions, and even then the power this has early on is pretty crazy. The pushing power this has, especially combined with Q, is borderline absurd.

R This effect lasts way too long, you either need to slash the duration or reduce it's effects to either champions or minions, not both. Also, the increases are too small to be noticed, unless you mean 3/5% per stack of Hope, in which case this could get utterly insane.
