New champion concept, tank/support/jungle Gamra the dragon from the void.

A tanky support like champion, specializing in zoning and damage reduction. With multiple AOE skills and abilities that either slow, stun, reposition, or debuff the enemy. This champion is good for early zoning and late game team fights mostly due to her health scaling damage.

Passive: Voidless: Grants no unit collision, and +3% of max health in magic resist to near by allies. (+1% for every near by enemy champion stacking up to 8%)

Q: Void gate: Opens a gate to the void allowing movement through the void to target location anywhere within 700 distance

W: Splitting warp: Dashes 400 distance forward dealing 70/90/105/110/115 +6% of your max health in magic damage also knocking aside anyone in the pathway slowing them for 40% for 1.5 seconds

E: Void hole: (global) Creates a hole anywhere on the rift, Deals 100 magic damage +6/7/8/9/10% of max health in magic dammage to enemies, but heals allies for the same amount, also pushes allied and enemy champions away from center of spells activation point all allied and enemy champions are stunned for 1 second

R: Void breath: Breaths put dark fire in a cone in front of Gamra dealing 50% of max health in magic damage to enemy champions healing allied Champions and granting double the voidless debuff to all allies it hits.

50% of enemy's max health...why? That's an effective one shot.
