Skin: Yorick as Ebeneezer Scrooge. Top hat, old style suit, cane instead of a shovel. Each of his ghoul summons = a ghost of christmas. Past, Present, Future. His ult would create a glowing ghost surrounded by lights and bells would chime upon death and resurrection.
I am a terrible artist so I won't try. If any artists feel like throwing something together, with this idea in mind it would be appreciated.

Since Yorick already had a skin with a suit (Undertaker Yorick), I drew him with Scrooge's pajamas instead. I also got lazy on the ghouls.
