New ADC
I had a thought. We have a few champions that uses energy as opposed to mana. What if league of legends had a new adc that uses energy instead like the rest that deals with mana pools? I think that would be really interesting to see.

Would be a bit unfair considering the amount of sustain he would have, get LS and you have no problem anymore. While other people need to get essence reaver.
