Why is Vandal Ivern not Happening

VANDAL IVERN I firmly believe that dunkmaster Ivern was a poor choice for an ivern skin because trees don't play basketball?????? but seriously I feel as though there is a great opportunity for an Ivern skin. This idea is Vandal Ivern. I think it would be a comedic skin with many possibilities for voice lines and silly phrases that capture Iverns whimsical personality. Daisy could be a big biker that brings the pain and harasses the enemies of the forest. This is just one idea of mine and I have many more, most are ivern related. Goodbye.

Anything with new voice over would be a Legendary to Ultimate and they are sadly unlikely to give him one anytime soon since he's not that heavily popular.
