Changes in ranked game

I would pray Riot,to make some changes in ranked games. Like,if you want to play ranked you must have at least 10*[sg-shisa]* champs with 50 000 points or more and you can play only that champs in ranked. I cant go out of this bronze because of players who come to first or second time try some champs in ranked.
