Pool Party Set – Ziggs' Recall Animation

Hey, just a little thing to see if I could shine some light on that's been bugging me for a while.

I was wondering why Ziggs' PP skin didn't have a recall animation to fit with his theme. Is it because his skin had a lot of VFX and SFX so the recall was pushing it? Or was there something else.

The Ziggs pool party skin was released a year before the 2014 pool party set and 2 years from this year's pool party skin set. Riot just hasn't updated the skin so that it has a recall animation to match up with the newer pool party skins.
