League of Legends app

I'm not sure if anyone already thought of this, but I think it would be a cool idea if there was an app you can use to do thing on league of legends away from your computer. Like for example, if you had to use the bathroom during champion select, you can pick and ban and do all of those sorts of thing on the app. Maybe you could also message friends and create lobby's with it for convenience. Let me know your thoughts and thanks!

SivHD has made an app for the first thing. It's on the Android Market and is literally called 'Crapcept'. Riot has already made an app for the last thing. It's on the App Store and the Android Market, and is called 'League Friends'.

I found the League Friends app, but I cant find the other one on the android app store. I'm assuming if you were to make an app like that you would have to work with riot to make it compatible with the game.
