League of Legends app

I'm not sure if anyone already thought of this, but I think it would be a cool idea if there was an app you can use to do thing on league of legends away from your computer. Like for example, if you had to use the bathroom during champion select, you can pick and ban and do all of those sorts of thing on the app. Maybe you could also message friends and create lobby's with it for convenience.
