Where is the Bloodmoon Shaco skin?

I honestly think out of all the champions that have gotten a bloodmoon skin, Shaco should have been one of the first. i mean come on, a champion that can stealth, put down traps, and attacks from behind? that is just begging for a shinobi bloodmoon skin. am I alone in this and what champion do you guys think should get a bloodmoon skin?
