Captain Baha, the Hunter of the Void-Whale

LORE: "Baha. Captain Benjamin Baha." Exclaimed Gangplank to his crew as they were enjoying a night on the town of Bilgewater. "That man, he be rough around the edges. Heard the man was born in that techno-whatever city." One of the crew butt-in, "Piltover?! Ya mean where that broad with the rifle be from, Cap'n?" to this Gangplank replied, "Aye. He be a man from the 'advanced' city of Piltover. Ah, but despite this lads, he's just as salty as you or I." Another member of the crew made their voice heard, "Yeah, yeah! Get on with it Cap'n!" Gangplank spat at this remark, but continued "Right, right! Don't be getting yer undergarment soiled over me, son... So ya see what I been trying ter say is that this Captain Baha fellow; he be a sailor of the winds, and not of the sea. He searches for a different sort of prey than us, harrr.." The salty dog stops for a moment to take a sip of his Black Pearl Rum. "So cap'n, if you speak truth-- and we know ye don't, then humor me: What does he hunt if not damsels in distress in the port, or riches and glory on the sea?" Gangplank simply replied with a more serious tone "The Whale. Ever 'ear of it lads?" a bit of chuckling was the result of this, however Gangplank did not stray from his seroiusness "The Void-Whale. A massive beast that hails from a realm beyond our own; it be at least ten times larger than any normal sea whale, and at least twenty times as deadly. That be Ben's ultimate goal. To rip the creature's spine from it's corpse and haul it around as a trophy." one of the men who made a comment earlier asked the captain "But it still just be a whale, aye? We've seen hundreds of them on our travels Cap'n! So this one be from the void, what of it? What would compel the man to chase after it so? Revenge? Bragging rights?" Gangplank replied one more time in a serious tone "For sport." He then took another swig from his Black Pearl Rum and his story-telling was finished.

BACKSTORY: Captain Benjamin Baha hails from the great technological city of Piltover, but resides in the ports of Bilgewater. Him and his crew ride above the clouds and sea in a custom built sky-ship aptly named the Pequod. Unlike most residents of Bilgewater, who would hunt down the innocent for a quick payday, Captain Baha hunts for only one target: The Void-Whale. This is because he wants to, not for any other reason. Armed with a general outfit of Hextech supplies and armor, Captain Baha roams the skies hoping to see a portal into the Void so he can hunt down his prey. ** APPEARANCE:** Captain Baha would be dressed in a dark pirate-esque uniform, with shining Piltover style pieces of armor. The armor would include a backpack filled with harpoons, a shoulder pauldron, kneecaps, and half of a chestpiece similar to that of Viktor's armor. As for his face, he would have a long gray braided beard and matching gray braided hair, and a long scar across the middle of his face starting from his left cheek up to the top right side of his forehead. He would be a deep shade of tan, and have blue eyes. His weapon would be a large, two-handed harpoon gun which fires different kinds of harpoons.
ABILITIES:
Resource: Ammunition; Captain Baha requires Ammo to use any of his abilities or basic attacks, and has a maximum of 6 shots before he must reload. When Baha is standing still and not firing, he will reload one bolt every 3 seconds until his meter is full. Additionally, if he runs out of ammo, he will begin to reload automatically. While reloading, Baha will move at a 50% reduced movespeed.
Passive - Harpoons: All of Baha's basic attacks gain a small amount of knockback, which increases by a small distance accordingly with levels. This would be considered an interrupt on abilities that can be interrupted.
Q - Ropeshot: Baha fires a harpoon with a rope tied to it in the target direction as a skillshot, if the bolt hits an enemy champion, the champion will be pulled half of the skillshot's maximum range. If the bolt hits a wall, Baha will be pulled to it instead. The bolt does not do damage to minions.
W - Hotshot: Baha's Hextech Harpoon gun spins his bolts at high speeds, making it red-hot. Basic attacks Baha does after activating this ability will peirce through enemies and deal a true damage DoT. All enemies hit by the basic attacks will still be knocked back from his passive. This ability makes the cost of using a basic attack cost two bolts, instead of one bolt (unless he has one bolt left, then it costs one).
E - Explosive Bolt: Baha fires an explosive bolt in a target direction as a skillshot, if the bolt hits an enemy unit, it will stick to them for 5 seconds before exploding and dealing area of effect damage. If the bolt hits a wall, it will also explode after 5 seconds. ** R - For Sport:** Captain Baha orders his crew to start firing at the locations he marks, launching gigantic harpoon bolts from the sky at which after a short delay, will hit his destination. The harpoons from this ability stun all enemies in the radius, deal AoE damage, and are objects that act as terrain for 7 seconds each. After this ability is activated, it can be reused two more times for a total of three shots. This ability does not cost bolts to use, and only relies on a cooldown.
