Chroma Skin pack ideas

So think of how cool it would be if there were more Chroma skin packs. For instance what if soul rever Draven had a Chroma skin pack. I don't know how hard/expensive to make them but a green, orange, or yellow soul rever Draven would be amazing. Riot please anwser
