Lore

Once the leader of a small nomadic tribe in the desert of Shurima, Yi-An had nothing else in mind than to keep his people save. Then one day, Yi-An went on a scouting mission. As the day came to an end, Yi-An decided that it was time to return to his people, but as he climbed on top of a dune near his tribe's current resting place, he found his people to be all dead. The only indication of who might have attacked his people were enourmous tunnels in the ground. Overwhelmed by grief and dispair and without anyone he could protect, Yi-An decided that it was time for him to see the land where his mother came from, the Plague Jungles. On his journey, Yi-An was leaning on a staff to help him walking. One day, deep inside the jungles, he discovered an ancient cave. As he had to search for a shelter for the night anyways, Yi-An decided that he could as well explore the cave. After walking for hours he finally reached a chamber. In the middle of the chamber stood an altar, and on the altar lay a sword. As soon as he picked the sword up, he felt magic streaming through him. Determined to learn how to properly use his new powers, Yi-An travelled through Runeterra, learning to channel his magic from his staff, and becoming a master of swordfighting. As the years were passing by, Yi-An learned that it had been Rek'sai, who had killed his people all those years ago. He immediately joined the League of Legends to fight Rek'Sai and take his revenge.....

**Abilities ** Passive: After casting an ability, Yi-An gains 40-60 Bonus Movement Speed for 1-2 seconds, scaling with each level.

Q - Inflame Inflames an enemy, burning them for X magic damage of 3 seconds. Casting his other abilities on burning enemies applies bonus effects.

W - Wall of Fire Cast a Wall of Fire in a target location, slowing enemy champions passing through for 30% for 1.5 seconds. If enemies are affected by "Inflame" while passing through, the wall refreshes the duration of "Inflame" and slows for an additional 20-30 Movement speed.

E - Flame Shock Casts a flame in a target direction, burning all enemies the flame passes through for X magic damage over 3 seconds. If an enemy is already affected by "Inflame" when "Flame Shock" passes through, Flame Shock will do X instant magic damage instead of burning the enemy.

R - Man with Sword and Fire For the next 4 Auto-Attacks, Yi-An can only attack with his sword, therefore changing into Melee form. While "Man with Sword and Fire" is active he gains 40 Armor and Magic Resist, as well as 30 Bonus Movement Speed. Auto-Attacks with his sword deal X magic damage.

Play Style: The main idea of this champion is to be a highly mobile single-target mid-lane champion. Due to his passive he can constantly reposition in teamfights to either slowly burn down his enemies from the backline, or do instant damage with "Man with Sword and Fire" in the middle of a teamfight. He also is a very sticky champion, again due to his passive. Like Cassiopeia, Yi-An could opt to not buy boots, as the movement speed from his passive should alreadygive him enough movement speed, and building items like item 3285 gives him a little extra MS anyways.

Visuals As for his visuals, I unfortunately could not include any pictures, as I can neither paint that well or have a friend who could. But of course, I can describe how I feel that he should look like. ;) In my opinion (I am writing "in my opinion" here, because I hope that everyone has enough fantasy to make him look a little different for everyone), Yi-An should have the look of a rather old man, as I described in his lore, that he wandered around Runterra for years. I am seeing him as a man with long red hair, to display his fiery abilities, and a long red beard, maybe looking a little Dumbledore like. ;) He also has to have a staff of course, from which he channels his abilities, and his sword, which he only uses for his ultimate though. As auto-attack animation he casts little flames from his staff.

I hope that everyone who reads this likes my ideas, as this is my first champion concept. Let me know if you have any ideas for improvement and have fun at the game !!!

I'm in the middle of a class, but I'll give you a passing comment as the title intrigued me.

Deep breath in

This sounds a lot like Brand.
