Rek' Sai 90's cartoon Skin XD

Ok so I have been going through some of the Old Tv Shows that I grew up watching and i seen something that would make a perfect skin for Rek 'Sai..... I can't draw but i have a decent imagination Anyone remember a Old cartoon called "Street Shark's" if you don't you missed out if you do you grew up and had a great childhood -->:()
