Should there be a Tele- Mundo skin?

_Should this be a skin? Mundo would wear a mariachi outfit, with a sombrero as his head, and his weapons should be maracas. It would be a very interesting skin in my opinion. Let me know what you guys think and even post fanpictures of ideas of what he should look like. Maybe we can make it come true. _
