[Champion Concept] Caermas, the lunatic

Don't really have a theme for design and stuff and I will also not state base stats, but I thought about a high skill ceiling champion, as follows: Caermas has no mana and does not require resources in order to use his skills

Passive : Caermas Can not execute auto attacks, but gains 10% increased attack damage and attack speed from items

Q "Lasting Impression": Executes a skillshot ( ~600 Range) that damages the first target hit (Can only hit 1 target) , if "Q" hits an enemy champion, turret, monster, "W" or kills a minion, cooldown of "Q" is refunded and "E"'s cooldown is lowered by 1 sec) Can also critically strike and apply on hit effects. DMG 5/10/20/40/60 (+120% total attack damage) CD 3 sec at all ranks; is reduced by AtkSpeed instead of cdr

W "Breathing Mine": Caermas throws down a small ( ~200 radius) mine that explodes after 0,5 seconds after being stepped on by an enemy champion or explodes immediately when shot by a Q or R, knocking hit enemies back slightly, deals 50% increased damage at the center. "W" can critically strike (1000 throwing range) DMG 40/60/90/120/150 + ( 175% total atk dmg ) Mine is visible to enemies but can not be targeted or destroyed by them, except by stepping on it

E "The Following" : Caermas dashes 400 units in a target direction and deals 10/15/20/25/30% increased damage with the next "Q", if hit CD 18/15/13/12/10

R "Last Resort" : Caermas shoots off a fast, big ( a little bit broader than a xerath q) projectile that passes through everything along it's way, slowing down by ~10% and dealing 10% reduced damage for every champion hit, knocking Caermas back 600 units in the opposite direction, unarming him for 3 seconds (1600 range) DMG 450/ 700/900 (+ 200% total attack damage) CD 150/120/80

Probably not balanced with these values but I like the idea of a playmaking, heavy hitting, skillful, risky adc that can still be beaten by being a better player I obviously took a lot of inspiration from Jhin, and I won't deny that^^ I'd love to hear any feedback if you think my idea sounds nice or is absolute edgy trash, either way, it is appreciated :D

Hey great kit. 2 things maybe? first why doesn't he is allowed to auto attack? maybe is you tweaked his q he could have a small cooldown spell (like yasuo's) and auto attack and still keep his playstyle? second as a player I prefer ulties that leave me some counterplay even if they are executed correctly especially if they deal that much damage. So maybe a requirement is needed to reach his ulty to that lvl and then fire it, so that it gives his opponents some window to deal with it.
