[Concept] Galio Rework -- Shen-sized
This is my idea for when 
Galio gets reworked.
The general idea is to retain the unique Magic Resist building 'ranged tank' playstyle that he has now, but with an updated kit and more supportive abilities.
- Q: Same
- W: Works like Nunu W. Can cast on ally, but also always on yourself. A regular shield that heals based on damage taken. When shared with an ally, shield damage on one heals the other.
- E: Directional speed field. Allies moving in the direction are sped up, enemies moving against it are slowed.
- R: Same
- P: When Galio stands still for 2 seconds, he takes reduced damage and slowly regenerates health/mana over time. Can be stopped by taking an action, turning first movement into a dash. Activates automatically during ult. Hard CC cancels the passive.
- To compensate for losing his passive, Q/E/R can get an MR scaling ratio, like armor characters have an Armor ratio.

Advanced Explanations:
**W: **Can also be the current Armor/MR 'shield', though that has much more hidden power, and only some boring stat interaction with Galio's MR scaling. An actual shield helps Galio protect the squishies better, and has as much tankyness synergy as the current W with his R.
**E: **Current E speed field is a misleading and boring skill. It's just a regular speed field like millions of other champions. The directional currents would imply some directional effects, which I urge to include because they're fun and unique.
P:_ The ultimate Galio fixer._ He's too mana heavy to be a support early, his current passive is lame, and he has too little mobility to use his ult without flash in this day. With this passive I aim to:
- Help support galio with small mana regen when not farming/moving. Should have little effect mid/top lane.
- Synergize with his kit Dash out of ult to make safer use of his ranged kit Dash into ult position if enemies get too close Dash towards ally to support.
- Provide limited increased mobility
- Emphasize his identity as a living statue
Think of it as a weaker Yi W or Garen P.
Coda: While you're at it, Taric could actually also be scaling on magic resist. There's plenty of armor scaling already and those gems are truly outrageous.
