Can Custom Hero Survival from WC3FT be adapted to a league mode?

Can you make a game mode copying "Custom Hero Survival" from WC3 frozen throne custom games? PLEASE. . Similar to that. Choose a champ, chose that champs spells, fight waves (or 5v5). It would be absolutely incredible for league with it's 100+ champ pool and 400+ champ spells, passives, ults.

The video I linked is a random video I found when I searched from Custom Hero Survival on youtube. However the video isn't the point. RIOT has been experimenting with game modes since the release of League of Legends. This game mode is a classic in WC3, I've been enjoying it ever since I got the game as a christmas gift on my 12th or 13th birthday. In league though... There are so many possibilities. If there was a custom game mode, people could branch out with creativity.

Although, I don't see how it could work considering the champs are pretty specifically designed to use certain spells. Nonetheless, this idea would be loved across the LoL communities around the world.

I played this so much back in the day.. That and DotA, DBZ Tribute, and a lot of others.. Good stuff.

Unfortunately, people have been suggesting the 'custom/customizable champion' idea for quite a while now, and Riot's never made any mention of putting something like that in as far as i am aware. I would assume there are technical limitations they would need to overcome to do so, something Riot probably wouldn't see as a worthwhile investment.
