Okay, so talon got hes Last skin early Last year and pyke got 2 skins back to back Project:Talon fits better in the project skin line than pyke.

Does Talon fit into the Project skin line? Yes, definitely.

Did he fit into the thematic they have chosen for this year (man-made monsters)? Not really.

I agree that Talon should get a Project skin in the future, but it makes sense that he didn't get it this year. Pyke fits the thematic this year way better than Talon.
