Champions that should recieve attention

Hello Guys. I am going to start a kind of silly topic but it bugs me a lot how a few old champions dont gain skins over the past few years. A few champions have a lot of skins by now and they still keep getting new ones even though other skins that have less than 4 skins still dont get any for a long long time. in my opinion they should get a bit more attention and get at least 1-2 skins in the future. Example : got a new skin at late 2018 the KDA skin even though she has a lot of skins by now and still has only 2 skins and he has been released 2015 january 9th and his skins are not even epic or anything above. I know that champions that are played mostly and are popular get skins mostly over the years , but even the not so played much ones should get skins even if nobody would give them attention. I myself had a few ideas for very cool skins that could come in future for the champions that we have now , for example "world devourer tahm kench". Let me know what do you think about this and i would also like to know which champions in your opinion should get more attention from our beloved Riot!
