About Zed Buff And items

we all know zed is bad on high elo like u can take after-shock And zhonya and armor bots + stop watch he can do anything and espc when he is bhind his base dmg is low but maybe reduce zed w cd because he get pokt easly at lane and easly to kill even if u are fed sometimes u can one shoot adc or supp with no armor i saw that lot on llstylish video for me i think zed need new items on lethalty or maybe buff make him more able to farm Or make new runes for him or fix cd on elctraQ i wish they can make new runes for assasains !
