Loading Screen Animation Ideas

So Riot recently released the little circle that moves at the bottom of the loading screen in games. So I have an idea for like maybe 1 ip or 5 rp (Just something cheap) we get to choose what it looks like. Because right now it looks real boring and i want to to pop up because i almost didn't notice it first when it was first released. This can even be unlocked by level or something i don't know. Maybe when you by a ward skin a loading screen icon comes with it. I just feel that Riot have a lot of potential with this new Loading Screen animation just to make it look more professional.
