when is the Poppy rework coming?

The poppy rework drops on live tomorrow (12/9) assuming everything goes as planned
Patch is tomorrow. Don't know if Poppy will be available immediately or not.
Thats because they didn't patch the new one yet. Nothing has been done to indicate that they did either.
She'll be patched in some time this week
