New Game Mode Where all Abilities are Global

Okay so i am an awful player and i miss a lot of skill shots right. I always think to myself like wow what if that hit some one in another lane. In this game mode that could just possible happen. Like obviously this would probably only work with skill shots or maybe all abilities if you can possibly do that. i just think this could be a very fun game mode for the rotation. Like just imagine tossing abilities as support Morgana and the root just hits the top laner and top gets a kill off that. Obviously this would just be a jokes game mode but lets be honest it would probably be better than poro king!
