Its been over 2 years since the last time I have seen anything about it from Roit and I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything about it or if the idea has been scrapped?

I read somewhere that the idea is still being worked on but it won't be seen anytime soon.

oh i never knew about this. Now i'll be waiting eagerly for the skin :D hopefully riot continues to work on it :)

If you recall, it wasn't actually Riot's idea or concept. It was a fan-made skin that Rioters really liked.
