So the last time vel'koz got a new skin released for him was in 2015(Arclight Vel'koz). And im not counting definetly not vel'koz which released in 2016 due to the fact that it had no new effects and hardly any changes. I'm currently a Plat 2 Vel'koz 1 trick and it pains me too see my boy so neglected.
Vel'Koz is one of so many rejected champions for skins it appears, I'm sure they're brewing some mad concepts up for him, it's just a matter of allocating time.
I want a new Vel'Koz skin too. Preferably an ultimate skin.
You're wrong. His last skin is Arclight. Another one you've mentioned is definitely NOT Vel'koz.
Something with blue or green particle effects that'd be neat
