Two proposals for Taliyah skins
I have recently started playing her and I like her style a lot. So I would like to purchase a skin for her but, she has only 2 and those two I can not purchase. The first one is the Freljord which I believe is as old-themed as Ashe's one and it's only theme is ice and icy rocks. It is really mainstream, I don't like it, I wouldn't buy it. Then there is this SSG skin. Unless you are a fun of the team it has really no concept at all, I would definitely never buy a skin like that. It is just cyan-glowish rocks.
So I sat down and I was thinking what could be a nice skin for Taliyah and I came up with two ideas. The first one is something mechanic for her, like praetorian. Now, I know that by history there was no woman praetorian protecting the emperor so maybe it would be out of context. Though I would like to see something like a metal wall for her, or throwing metallic mater.
The other one I thought came up when I was thinking "what can you do with rock/ground". And I came up with the a theme like "Gold-digger Taliyah" or "Miner Taliyah" or sth like this. This one is what I really liked(and so I decided to write this post) because there is plenty of room to work with her skills and it is unique since you do not have any other skin like that. Maybe her Q can through pickaxes? Her E can be (instead of rocks that eventually explode) small TNTs that explode? And when she is nearby a wall and gets speed boost instead of riding a rock she can ride a small minecart like the ones we know from many retrograde games? And her ultimate can be heighten minecart rails? That (if she clicks again her R) can ride on with a minecart? And just for the effects the wheels can through some sparkles? I believe this skin would really stand out and I would totally purchase one like this. And her apparel could be the standard mine-helmet we a small torch and handyman outfit and boots? With chromas ofc. Even an "Oil Hunter Taliyah" skin that her W can through a player towards a direction by an emerging oil liquid steam? Like maybe the ones we see on TV when you have just discovered an oil source and it pours on earth?
