Zilean Ult change

I just randomly thought of zilean ult change and I want to know what do you guys think about it. The lower the health of a champion that gets ulted by zilean, the lower the time you spend during a revive. That would mean the more skillful the zilean is, the more up time on the champion during the fight. On the similar note, they could definitely do something about GA or zhonyas duration (something more intresting) just so there is counterplay to timed abilities that instantly kill you when effect ends. Something as in you can reactivate zhonyas for up to 0,5s before the effect ends, and it stops the effect. (so you could catch people by surprise).

I mean the zil ult change could be bit much like it good idea but game play wise it rough cause if zilean puts the ult on early to increase the reviving phase that mean that champ would have to die and already having some one try to die with zil ult on them is rough cause all players stop attacking or avoid him. I rather see if zil ult was gonna get change i could see it as a rewind like ekko but instead of being a GA effect it could give little bit health like 25-40% but increases the unit attack speed,source regeneration, then choice of either movement speed,cooldown for non ultimate abilities,or any dmg received during the time will be negated but at the end all that dmg they receive will be applied.However this can be cast on enemy allowing any dmg the person receives increases by 5-12% but will apply once the effect ends reduces attack speed and the dmg received to aswell.
