New Champion Concept Based Off Nocturne

In Nocturnes lore, it talks about not knowing where he's actually from. Whether it be from some dream world, or from someones own personal dream. I think it would be dope to have a new champion that dreamed Nocturne into existence like a Dark Occultist Priest or something. Also, have a new Dream World dimension so we can get some interesting lore and new concepts for champions. Just spit ballin here.

Then they can expand on the dream world. I think it would be pretty interesting.
