The Blood Moon Skin Line is reserved for Ionian Champs. While Ezreal has probably spent time in Ionia, he is not from Ionia, and therefore won't get a skin.

Also, it's a fucking terrible Idea.

The only thing Ez needs (especially after the addition of Debonaire, Ace of Spades, Arcade) is a visual/VO update.

The kit is fine, but I'm starting to wuestion wether or not Pulsfire Ezrealnis on parr with the other ultimate skins (even though it is still somewhat asset heavy, it may need a bit of touch-up to keep it relevant).
