So just a random thought one night, I was playing Shaco and I immediately thought of the movie IT. I think it would be kick ass if there was a skin that came out for Shaco where he looked like Pennywise, and the boxes he dropped instead were red balloons. When the red balloons exploded, they would fear. I mean this just seems like it would be a pretty sick skin.
Pennywise only works because of the way he is presented in the movies. If you take the horror genre away he's just a regular clown and I think thats what Shaco would read as, too.
You are thinking of it like a new champion in that aspect. You have plenty of other champions that are almost a parody of those out there. You have Annie in Wonderland, in place of Alice in Wonderland. Red Riding Hood Annie. It is not something they have not done before, and you are not creating a skin to have the backstory of the character mesh with the lore, so it doesn't really make sense the way you put it.
