Cant use my penakill olaf skin in ranked or normal games

I cant use my Pentakill skin in ranked or normal games. I bought it recently and I used it in team builder for like 2 times but when I tried using it in ranked and norms I was unable to use it. I don't know what the problem is but please help me out!!!
