Switching Skins

Riot, I feel like league should have a feature in which we can switch skin like for example we have a skin that is 1820 rp and then a new skin comes out and you really like it and it is 1350 rp so what you can do is trade in the 1820 rp skin for that skin and get 740 rp because 1820-1350 is 740 but you lose the 1820 rp skin and get the 1350 rp skin and the 740 rp back in return. just wondering if this can be implemented in the game i feel like it would be great and like refunds we can only have like 3 switches so we have to use it wisely
