New champ Idea to fill the needs for a Cowboy adc that isn't Graves

Name - Chance Passive - Back to the Sun Enemies facing Chance have reduced attack speed/movement speed, reducing both by 10%

Q - Evasive Maneuvers Chance rolls to the left or right, gaining attack speed after exiting the roll.

W - Draw Chance fires a point and click shot, doing damage based upon the target's missing health. Can crit.

E - Bang! Chance rolls a stick of dynamite towards a designated area, damaging and slowing enemies for 1.25 seconds.

R - Stand Off Chance targets an enemy champion, making himself and the target invulnerable to all damage except for each other. He and the target only have vision of each other, and Chance gains a re-castable R that shoots out 6 skill shots, each doing more damage than the last and passing through all units except for the target. His Q cooldown is reduced by half during this time, his 6th shot crits, and after 6 shots or if one dies, the effect ends.

I don't want to be too blunt because I love cowboys and I want a cowboy-themed ADC. It's neat to see one in concept, but this just sounds way too strong.

The Q and E abilities are fine, but I find a lot of problems with the Passive, W, and ultimate.


Passive: It doesn't offer any counterplay or windows of opportunity, it's just a straight debuff to anyone near him and it'll pretty much be active throughout 99% of the game. It's not an overbearing debuff but it's just unhealthily designed.

W: Point and click shots are never healthy (for the same reason above, it lacks counterplay) and this is functionally Jhin's fourth shot on a basic ability. The missing health damage and critting can totally be worked into an ability, just not one that's undodgeable by anything other than shields/stasis.

R: Old Poppy already had a form of this ultimate, where she would become invulnerable to all forms of damage except the target she marked. It sounds fun in concept (to have a duel between champions) but it usually comes up with a lot of problems and it's just better to rework this one entirely.

I think this concept is pretty close to having good mechanics to fit the champ you're trying to make. Just replace R with some cowboy-like ability. https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/EmrAYiOt-freid-the-veiled-mercenary-champion-concept He's kinda like an anti-Jhin, attacking super fast. Might need to give him an attack speed buff on his W though.(Base stats are incredibly important on him, so don't forget them) Yes, I had a full on BloodBorne vibe when I made him.

He needs to become immune to ranged attacks if he rolls behind a Gangplank barrel, according to the extremely realistic and definitely historically accurate cowboy movies I've seen.

not gonna lie... I dont like the q as it is somewhat similar to kaisa e and vayne q. I feel the e is like ziggs bomb thing that propels him. BUT THAT ULTI THO. ITS SOOOOO GOOD I LOVE IT
