Wraithman The Mimic

Lore: Wraithman was a friend of ekkos that in the end went crazy and started killing off the former members of ekkos old gang. His number was XIV. He was praised for being exceptionally good at copying others abilities. He had the capability to go to a fight and mimic the enemy's powers and actions. He was considered to be a man yet he is only 14. COnsidered to be one of the craziest and most demented creatures of all time even the monsters from the shadow isles are scared of him. Wraithman went mad because ekko, his best friend abandoned him to protect another young boy from the gang. When Wraithman went to VI for help VI turned him away saying no to him due to their past. Then as Wraithman turned away with rage in his heart he was driven to maddness. This caused a black veil to cover his body. He only wore a short cloak and graeves with bracers. In his time as a gang member he became fond of a strange creature he saw wandering through the woods. This boy's name was amumu. After Wraithman went mad he choose to play with the creature. He whispered to it that no one would ever want him or every care for him. This drove the creature to destroy a town sealing its fate as a monster. He hides in abandoned houses and eats dead mice and rats. He has joined the league to gain vengeance upon ekko VI and Jinx. Jinx now likes him because of his crazy nature. Now Wraithman spends his spare time hunting down who he can of the clock gang. So far only 3 that he knows of remains. Wraithman uses a large claymore that he only draws to attack an enemy.

Abilities:

Passive: whenever a spell is cast on wrathman he copies it. The copied spell is 30% less effective.

Q: Wraithman flash to an enemy's location dealing no damage but turning invisible for 1.5 seconds. When he comes out of invisibility he has 50% increased attack speed. CD: 20 sec

W: Wraithman can cast his copied spell. CD: 15

E: Wraithman creates a small obelisk that can heal nearby allies for 3% of their max health every second for 5 seconds. CD: 30 sec

R: Passive: Wraithman gains a shield that takes an enemy's ult when it is cast on him. Active: He can then cast it back upon them. If he is hit with multiple ults within 10 seconds he can cast all of those ults. His time to cas the ults is within 15 seconds of absorbing them. CD: 120 sec
