tell me your thoughts people dont you think swain needs a skin..? ever since I personally started playing swain is the only champion that has not gotten a skin. and i started in S3.. think about it. Riot devs if your reading this make it a thing please DX

nothing is wrong with him, just give him a VGU. it's not like people can't play against him like they couldn't play against Azir hence they fucking changed his Range.
