Swain needs a skin...

tell me your thoughts people dont you think swain needs a skin..? ever since I personally started playing swain is the only champion that has not gotten a skin. and i started in S3.. think about it. Riot devs if your reading this make it a thing please DX

or like a full champion rework so he can get more play time.. and defiantly a new skin..

He is currently in progress of a full VGU. So no skins till after that.
