New Blitzkrank Skin Idea: Portal Style

So I had an idea hit me for a new Blitzkrank skin, and even though I'd like to see more skins for say Sivir (especially her Snowstorm skin. I pray it comes back) or Quinn, who only have two available, I thought I'd share and see how far it gets. I know Riot alludes to stuff all the time with their skins. I'm not the most knowledgable about Portal, but you know the little robots you play as? Make Blitz look like them. For his Q, he can fire a portal gun, and if it connects, it shoots them through the portal to one right in front of Blitz. I think there's a surface in the game that makes you slide faster on it. Have that happen for his W. Past that, I don't know enough about Portal to suggest anything else.
